woohoo hostal is in a fantastic location, just steps away from the shopping center. the room was clean and the bed was comfortable, perfect for a couple wanting to explore. the staff were nice and they kept our luggage for free, which was a huge help!

The location was ideal for exploring the city, with major attractions like Puerta del Sol and the Royal Palace just a short walk away. Despite the lack of air conditioning, I appreciated that I could open the window during the cooler nights, which helped a lot. The room was clean and the bed was comfortable, which was key for a light sleeper like me. However, having only a fan and no toilet in the room made things a bit challenging, especially with noise from the street during the first night.
